By placing an order or sending an enquiry through this website, you agree to the terms below.
Products
Every Printisty product is 3D printed to order. Because items are produced layer by layer, small variations in texture, finish and colour are part of the process and are not defects.
Custom and personalized orders
- Custom work begins only after the design, quantity, price and timeline are confirmed in writing with you.
- You confirm that any photograph, logo or artwork you send is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We may decline work that appears to infringe someone else's rights.
- Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, which affects cancellation rights — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is collected through Razorpay's hosted payment pages. An order is confirmed once payment is successful and we have acknowledged it.
Timelines
Production time depends on the design, quantity and current queue. We confirm the expected timeline before production starts. Delays caused by incomplete personalization details (for example, photos not yet sent) extend that timeline.
Use of products
Lamps are decorative items. Use them with the supplied or specified light source, keep them away from heat and moisture, and keep them out of reach of small children.
Intellectual property
The Printisty name, designs, photographs and website content belong to Printisty and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
