This policy explains what information Printisty collects when you browse this website, place an order or send a custom-print enquiry, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details — the name, phone number, email address, description, quantity and any reference images you send through our contact form or WhatsApp.
- Order details — payments are processed by Razorpay. Your name, contact details and delivery address are collected on the Razorpay payment page and shared with us so we can fulfil your order.
- Personalization files — photographs or artwork you send for personalized products such as the 4-side photo lamp.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To produce, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about that order.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photographs for marketing without asking you first.
Payments
Card, UPI and netbanking details are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure pages. Printisty never sees or stores your payment credentials. Razorpay processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry and order records are kept only as long as needed to complete the order, answer follow-up questions and meet accounting requirements. Personalization files can be deleted on request once your order has been delivered.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just send us a message.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or embedded services are added later, this section will be updated before they go live.
